help a fellow TA out?

Alright...I'm taking English at summer school cause I failed (me fail english?! Thats unpossible!!). ANyways, yeah, this is what happens when you show up twice a week to class.

I have an essay due tomorrow on Great Expectations by Charles Dickens. The choices of topics that I can write about are:

Money as a motivator
Snobbery
Social Positions
Guilt
Human relationships
Moral Development
Symbolism + Imagery

Ok, if someone wrote an essay, that vaguely deals with any of those, and if you still have it, would you be willing to share it with me? I read the novel (and liked it quite a bit), but I'm honestly have a tough time focusing, and starting from scratch I can't really do since I've been trying for nearly 2 hours and I got NOTHING

Anyways, any sort of help would be more than enough...and I'll be forever grateful

The professor is only interested in two things: you've read the material and you can intelligently form (in writing) a convincing opinion on a topic. It doesn't matter what the topic is or whether the professor agrees with your opinion. He's probably read a million lame papers on the book so try write something original and interesting.

One thing you should learn, it's often better to make decisive decisions (even if they are wrong), rather than trying to think up the perfect answer and coming up with nothing. Its like if you saw 3 hot chicks at a club standing by themselves and you spent the whole evening trying to decide which one would be best for you and what would be the perfect pick up line. You would be better off if you just made a move.

hmmm, thanks for the advice man...hopefully he's just like you said.

Movie reviews...hmmm, I'll read it, but I doubt it'll give anything useful, especially if I'm reading about the movie, cuz the book and movie have barely anything to do with eachother. Thanks again
