I was at a women's conference recently, and most of the world still favors boys over girls to the extent that there are more men in the world population than women as a result.
I am certain that there are still significantly more men in management than women. i know the rate is growing but we are still a minority, particularly in upper management and CEO roles.

Yeah, men still have most of the CEO and highest paying manager jobs. But once the old gray men CEOs die out, lots of women will likely be taking their places.
But the majority of preschool, elementary, and middle school teachers are still women... if you have lost your ability to influence, it is your own fucking dainty fault.
Not in China. Watch as millions of Chinese boys (becoming men) now are reaching the age where they need or want to marry and there is physically a lack of any women because of the breeding practices they have taken over the last 20-25 years.
A male youth population bulge is one of the prime factors in violent confrontations in and between nations.

Earlier this year, I killed an interview for a position for which I was almost overqualified and got thumbs up throughout the entire hiring process. I'd done this shit before, I had ample professional experience and academic training in this specific field and was unofficially told that I had the position.
I didn't get the job and I have a sneaking suspicion that it's because the dried-up hag who made the final decision didn't like that I was taller, younger and had a hotter ass than she did.
Who knows though... maybe they found someone better ( fat fucking chance!

Conversely, last month I got a sweet contract for a position in which I have zero professional experience, and I'm almost positive it's because the horny British fuck who interviewed me had a boner almost the entire time. By nature, I have a rather flirty way of speaking, and he probably thought I'd greet him with open legs.
