This foreign sounding tune......anybody understand the lyrics??

This is an old trance tune from around 98 I think. It was played by Matt Hardwick and sounds French. Unfortunately I can't quite understand the lyrics. Can anybody decipher or possibly tell me what it is? Understandably, I'd usually post in Tune ID however less and less people use that these days.

i cant really make out the lyrics, its something like:

"i see the world ... during the day it is silent ... (incomprehensible) the soul wills it ... (incomprehensible) head facing downwards ... when there is no peace, (incomprehensible) (it might be: "it (peace) is over me".

anyway, good luck in trying to ID it.
