my avatar was stolen !!!

I've noticed that a guy named NooKLeaR had stolen my private self made avatar and I'm very annoyed!!! My rank is higher than his and I've been registered here longer than he is. And also some of you know me and my avatar, which I own for a couple of months. Here's his profile. Check for yourself.
