Armand van helden review

Hello

well im here again doing a small review of this show, i arrived like at 1 and waited on the lineup for a while but it was ok cause the lineup moved fast .

once inside it started slow, i went to the couch on the back of the dj booth and rested a while (i went to la ronde earlier for the second week and i hate it now ) anyway after half an hour rest i started dancing, got to tell you mause plays amazing, whoa!! it was good, some kind of tribal,techno,housy whatever but it was super good and she's hot same as miss b. there is just something about a female dj :P.

anyway she was done and it was armands time, i have heard some tunes of him mostly tunes that got a bit commercial, but didn't know what to expect, anyway i got to hand it to him whoa!!!! some amazing buildups, amazing, this is music that i did like, first time on a house set and i liked, it was good, it was hard and it was great if all house was like this then i wouldn't mind it hehe.

anyway about the TA'S i only meet zing and malek sup dudes!! nice seein you guys again

all in all a great night, i enjoyed a lot and i even go some porn for fre in the club lol!!!!!!

ok ok, take a breathe I was so happy when I saw him coming to the decks, I mean I've been listening to his tracks and remixes for about 6-7 years now. I just couldn't believe that Armand was right here in from of me I was like a kid at a candy store.

Amazing out of this world build ups, phat ass beats, it was soooo hard! I just couldn't stop jerking my head You guys all missed that.... hahahaha shame on you.

He had put some tunes with some sexy vocals and the VJ followed with some lesbos going down on each other, mad fingering, etc etc I LOVE MONTREAL hhahaha

oh yeah and I have a special gift from Armand for all you Trance heads haahahhah wait and see

Also, I was so happy seeing Mastercongo enjoying the beats

on the contrary he's a very nice guy, i thought the same but he turned out to be ok, he's good man.
His set was amazing, enjoyed every bit of it, its like completing the destruction job of what Sneak was doing last saturday.He totaly destroyed the place. It was almost techno!

Armand is a really nice guy!
He's not a diva and he's really really cool guy! I was even really impressed how the guy was so cool with all the people.
And seriously, he played a awesome set, nothing commercial but really good pumpin house for 3 hours.

i think many people think that but it wasn't like that at all cause the club was not even full, a litle more than with gielen but not as much like with they say at oakey or miss b

u have to understand im basing all my opinions on a maxim review about the world's highest paid djs...they were talking about armand van helden and i was like "what the fuck???"

also in december 1999, there was an article in the mirror about his celebration 2000 gig and he was saying how he can play anywhere he wants and he chose montreal because he wouldnt get as bothered, or some shit like that

after i read those 2 things..and i heard his songs all over mix 96 on saturday nights...i said fuck him

if he played tech...then thats pretty cool

i have to agree with mastercongo and ahlamalek, it was definately a good night. I only got to aria at 4am (had to work till 3:30am), and was very pleased to hear the he hadnt started yet. mastercongo youre right about mause, played amazing and shes hot

i cant say that id ever heard much of Armand Van Helden's music, but i was impressed, he played some sweet sweet tracks and there were some really good buildups. the porn that was playing on the screens was trippin me out at first, but was definately cool

wish id been able to meet some of the TA's that were there, once again everytime i asked someone if they were a TA i got some strange looks. next time i guess.

well rob we were only 3 TA'S that night i think? zing,malek and me and you of course, and well i was usually on the dance floor and zing i dont know hehe :P and malek you could find him behind the dj booth dancing and shakin his head to the badass beatz :P so your best bet is to ask everyone behind the booth :P. come to rank 1 man and for sure you gonna meet many TA'S that night
