Parking @ EDC $80!!!

WTF!! I had a friend say he paid $80 to park at EDC? Did any one else pay this price????

someone please reply to this! I may as well take a cab.

Last year I saw it go up to $100. Park at the USC lots. You'll walk but you won't pay as much.

I paid $20...two years ago.

I am parking about a mile away and riding my bike there, since i'm going solo and meeting my friends there.

Worked like a charm for Nocturnal, MM and EDC last year.

I was on the freeway with in 5-10mins of leaving the venue.

park at USC, i paid $20 last year. worth the walk.

$80 are probably for those private lots on the street. As time goes on and as they get more and more full, the price ^ ^ ^


I'm going to park at USC for the first time, I don't think it should be that scary walking back.

for those that went - did you notice scalpers tonight? i wonder how much they're asking. i'm considering just going cold tomorrow

parking is really hard so come early or hail a cab.

Yeah, I paid $25 for the USC parking today. Surprisingly, the Coliseum parking entrance on Vernon was also $25 and they were still taking cars at 5pm. Try that option if it's available since its closer

I imagine people will be going earlier and in force today, so parking close by will be even more difficult. Good luck.

the lots on Figueroa closest to the event were $60 around 530pm last nite... a friend paid $40 later in the evening... i got lucky with a metered space for free!!!

it took longer this year to get in than last year for us... you guys might want to leave a few minutes earlier that planned if you are trying to be inside by a certain time...

Yeah I think traffic will start at 12 today.

By the way, only 1 VIP entrance i think. Everyone that got vip needs to use main entrance. GA can use all 4 entrances.

There was still a few spots open in the neighborhood just west of Vermont. I got one at 3:30pm one block off of Vermont on W 39th pl.

I gave a Mexican guy that lived on 40th 30 bucks to park there. What sucks thouse I had to bust his gate opener to leave. He wasn't there when I wanted to leave so I had to take measures into my own hands. I feel bad, but at least he has money from me and the other people that parked there to fix his gate lol

we found a free parking spot randomly on the street, around 10 minutes walk

later we found out someone has stolen our license plate lol
