Festival of Fire at Ontario Place: 10:30 p.m., price: general admission ($43.80)
Ashbridges Bay: 9:30 p.m., price: free
Stan Wadlow Park: 10:15 p.m., price: free
Mel Lastman Square: 10:15 p.m., price: free

get a vendors permit with gst number and get an account with Dworkins. they only sell fireworks (at wholesale) during the victoria day and canada day season. pretty much anything to see at http://mysticaldistributing.com/products.asp is available at dworkins for half price for victoria day (a little less for canada day).

or an easier way would be just to order online from costco.ca but you dont get the selection.

You sound like the expert here, so I`ll ask. Would you know specifically where in the GTA, I could buy the red Chinese firecrackers? Would love to get my hands on some of these super loud babies for special occasions. LOL

you cant. illegal to possess, import, use and sell.
the best and easiest way to get traditional red chinese firecrackers (or any firecrackers) is to drive to Eastern, PA (about an hour away from buffalo) and smuggle them across the border. be careful not to get caught because they could impound the vehicle.
