Mauro Picotto's Komodo and Proximus Music Videos

What can you guys tell me about these music videos. For example, what can you tell me about this blonde woman, what is her name? is she a famous italian model or actress? what kind of farrari is mauro driving...ect. I also want to know where some of the footage is taken. i think its in italy, but i'm not positive. please someone give me the info. i have always loved these videos. please please plase help! any info on anything or point out some symbolism...thanks!

1) personnaly i don't think the girl in the video is a top model.

2) i don't think the video are shoot in italy. I've been in several place there (Milano, Roma, Turin; etc...) and i don't reconize a place.

2-bis) the video "Proximus" is shoot in Barcelone (Spain) or Lisboa (Portugal). i can't remeber the one is it but i've been there for sure.
