Magadansky - The Bears Went Frenzy [Mad Goa Mix]

Hi all, first severely upbeat mix this year by me. I hope you like it, its very relentless, hard for digesting, pumped with energetic tunes. Mixing is not very good (I've done it live at home), a few times the transitions are not very well eq'ed but apart from that I hope some of you will like it. Its GOA time!

this mix is just rammed full of juicy 303 goodness, really crazy shit in here and yeah some of the transitions sound like it was hastily made but not bad, hey i did that too in nexus

very reminiscent of the 'genuine' sound of trance, rather than house trying to be it

Some of your transitions where slightly off, Not as tight as thay could of been.But your track selection won through

RA - Beyond Control was my favourite track!

Thanks for the quick feedback guys. I know a few transitions sound pretty awkward but I wasn't really into the technical part of this mix. The idea was to have a frenzied mix, pumped to the max with relentless tracks. I am glad that, judging by the feedback, it did happen. Thanks again, cheers!

So I listened to this, I really enjoyed it, it had a power and a psychedelic trippyness that I've missed from you for a while. Mixing was top notch, and the tracks were awesome. Definitely really fun. Can't really comment on the technical side, no problems that I noticed. Thanks for the music!

Finished listening. I quite hear the bears goning frenzy with the beginning of the last 3rd of your mix. It was quite enjoyable, though I think you should keep more attention on avoiding clashing melodies.
I want my second CDJ! but i don't have money... May be I just try again on my current flawed setup, since I have some ideas and new CDs...

Why a Suntrip appreciation mix? It has in total only 2 tracks released by Suntrip and those are the two E-Mantra ones. The rest is from different labels.

I kinda had in mind that Liquid Flow, Ra and Artifact 303 were also featured on Suntrip, but who cares in the end.

RA and Artifact 303 are featured in the catalog of Suntrip (RA had an album there) but these tracks are not released by that label. The RA track for example is from their 2001 album To Sirius. This album rocks, you should find it and listen to it. Gorgeous one.

Had a chance to let this play today. Very nice Goa set Mag. I don't know my Goa artists all that well so most/all the track were new to me.. haha. Always nice to hear some fresh.
