Ghost picture?

A friend of mine just took this picture on his cell phone. He was working in a building in Queens, and just felt like taking a picture of his job site. When looking at the picture, he noticed something strange.

Any thoughts? (I assure you this is not a chop, nor is it a reflection)

I like how it says it's from 2006 but the video production quality looks like it came out of the 80s. What the hell people, it's the 21st century...can't we come up with better ghost video taping technology? Why hasn't anyone captured ghosts in Blu-Ray or HD or 3d. Fucking lame.

you should be aware that there are several applications which allows you to put a layer of a ghost picture on top of your photographs directly in your cell phone. either you're trying to fool us, or you friend has fooled you.
