Man,this sucks....

This is where's I'm supposed to be this saturday after the Summer Parade in Oslo.Looks like a wicked party.My only problem is:I feel like I'm about to have a cold.My throat is itching like hell,and although the nose-running and fevers haven't kicked in yet,I'm afraid that it might do so during the next couple of days.It might stop me from being there!!(It's in Oslo,I live in Kristiansand,a 5-hour drive)
I refuse to miss out on such an opportunity,so if that happpens I don't know what I'll do.

But:I reviewed some of my previous cold periods,and I think that if the cold hits me full on tomorrow(I've had pre-symptoms for 2-3 days now,so hopefully it will),I might be able to do a fair amount of recovering during the three days that remain before the party.Only problem is,I gotta work in two of them...Oh well.

So,anybody got some good tips for beating a cold fast?

definently rest up. maybe some tea would do the trick
