Help with interview
Hey guys,
Looks like I'm starting to pin some named DJs down for interviews on my radio show and I was wondering if you had any questions you guys wanted to ask.
The first one that is most likely to happen is an interview with Ali Wilson so I wondered if you had any questions you would like to ask?
Cheers
Nem
a good one would be, "who are you?"

sorry nem, it was meant in fun...carry on
I hope you guys are joking right? Don't worry guys, I can take a joke he he. :P
Seriously though, it's actually not a bad question.
The guy has made some seriously good productions and some cracking remixes. I have been playing Pandora for some time now and it still works well on the dance floor. Check out AJ or Beatport if you want to know who it is.
Carl Cox had him rated as one of his best producers of 2006. He's worked with Marco V etc. I agree it's probably not everyone's taste here given that there are very few Trance DJs here these days but the guy is not really bound by any genre as such.

cheers

i'm just a silly cunt that hates breakdowns..don't mind me.

ask em, if he has any tunes coming out, and where you can catch him spinnin (club, countries, etc...)
Ask him what is he specially good at(in production) and what are his flaws.
Ive always been a fan of the more...non standard questions.
I think def production questions, maybe their views on what makes a good track. Stuff like that.
So tired of the "When is your next gig...where are you from...what is your fav track" questions that i see in every interview.
what gear does he use, wuts his fave/most used piece of kit..
