I'm currently on a cable connection for the summer while I'm at home. I voted for T3 thought...cuz that's what I have 9 months out of the year while I'm at school, it's sooo fast! You guys will love leeching off me in a few weeks when i go back.

Just curious who's got a connection faster than a T3 and what exactly it is? I konw some people who have a server set up on an OC-48 backbone, but if you have something like that as your personal connection..that would rock!

I have 56K cause Cable is too fricken expensive in Australia! The cheapest ones are 300 meg d/l limits and what the F**K is the point of getting cable with a 300 meg download limit!

I mean cable isn't limited by the isp per se in the same way that adsl is

adsl is faster theorically

but

cable , depending on the networks usage , is on practical terms quicker
