Good Rip-offs !!!!!

I just rented the movie "The sting" with Paul Newman and REdford and it gave me the idea to find good rip-offs from you...

for example there use to be a good one around coke machine where you could use scotch tape on your paper bill and get change for it as much as you wanted....

or a better one if you don't want to pay your beer:

Take your box of 24 empty bottles of beer XYZ...
Full every bottle with water...
Replace the cap on it...
Put all them bak in the box they used to be...
Go to your grocery store...
Buy the same exact box of beer XYZ and look for a different box at the same price.
Pay
Go in your car and change it with the one filled of water...
Enter the grocery store right after and say "xcuse me i forgot i wanted this other one instead ...anyway i'll change it myself it's the same price !" they'll say no problem and it's 20 $ saved !

but imagine if you were the next person entering the store, buying a box, taking it home, only to find out you'd bought 24 bottles of water?

But anyway.
I used to use this trick when i was younger.
I found that an indian coin, something like a 10 rupee piece (i cant remember exactly) , looks the same as an english pound coin (same size and colour).
So if u pop round to the nearest shop where theres an older, less vigilant employee behind the counter, you can easily spend it on whatever you desire.
The rupee coin is worth about a third of an english pound, something like that anyway

I did the same thing but I drank the beer in the parking lot and filled the empty bottles with my piss. I wonder if the guy who bought that case of Old Milwaukee could tell the difference. I think not!

An Australian or New Zealand 10 cent coin is exactly the same size and weight as a USA quarter ... but only worth about 5 US cents ... they work in every Yank vending machine that I've ever tried ... I always take a big pocket full of them if I have to fly through the states
