I don't think so at all...she was attempting to be a vendor at an art fair. Why should the other vendors have to follow the rules and she doesn't? Besides, I'm sure her parents will be happy that they don't loose everything because someone sues them because their daughter left a booger in a drink.

if she had real dreams she would have gotten another vendor to sell her drink at an inflated price and they would split the profits 70/30. She would have saved the $120.00 and she could have gone home and played jump rope with her homies
