Timmy's lids are such a cinch to perfect.

If it's not staying down, you just need to yank it back a bit further and then pop it down into place.

I much prefer that style of lid to the up-side-down bowl shape with the hole in it. Everytime I take a sip, I have to suck and it makes a weird whistling sound. This doesn't work well in school.

Tim Hortons needs less retards working there....they manage to screw up more times then getting things right

The key to Tim Horton's lids is not folding them back, but punching them down inside. Especially for driving. Prevents spills.

i understand that but you have to realize thats what you get for paying for cheaper products. it seems like such basic tasks but most of the time they arent focusing on what their doing due to time constraints.

half the time they dont even steer my coffee after adding the milk. or they will add the milk then the coffee.

if you dont want anyone to mess up your coffee you will just have to go to starbucks, second cup or timothys. thats what ive learned.

you cant expect much from a simple mans coffee!

if they dont mess up anything with any order, consider it a bang for your buck!

Punch down the lid and make sure the spout opening is positioned OVER the cup seam.

You're welcome.

New lids? How about some new cups! The brown ones are so ugly and dated

McDonalds cups/lids FTW!

Posted by Skipper on Aug-11-2010 13:11:

lids/cups whatever, when i get a coffee from tim hortons it is always bound to spill on my pants or on my shirt because those lids leak, especially if you walk with the cup

Posted by The Highroller on Aug-11-2010 15:11:

Your first problem is that you're drinking Tim Horton's coffee.

Back on topic. Bring a reuseable mug.

A decent mug is much easier to clean and doesnt retain flavours like cheaper mugs.

Ive been using this one for three years. Cost me 25$ and has gone through probably 2500 coffees.

lol oh my, "simple mans coffee"

Please tell me you aren't one of those people that goes into Starbucks with your laptop lol

Posted by ChemEnhanced on Aug-11-2010 22:44:

any coffee you buy at any franchise coffee place in Canada is shit coffee...plan and simple.

I got my brother a coffee of the month club where he gets three different types of coffee from across the globe every month. All pure bean coffee and not this blended crap you get in stores.

yes simple mans coffee. if people dont know what to drink they will drink it. i drink it because its convenient, located around me and its cheap(er). but its not always my first choice.

more prestigious coffee places would close around 10-11pm. tim hortons drive-through, learn to speak english, put way too much cream cheese in your bagel type coffee place is one step above country side and coffee time.
