Cheesiest top 40 clubs in Toronto?

If I were considering taking a friend to the cheesiest top 40 dance club in #toronto on a Saturday night, where would I go? Some place where they're likely to play usher, chris brown, akon, etc.

+1 or Muzik, they're both house music/top 40 oriented but the house music they play is very mainstream in terms of what kind of house they play and some of the tracks are a few years old. Think: David Guetta/The Egg, Gets Noch, The world is mine, deadmau5, etc.
