From my last appearance, it's becoming more prestige internally but that'll take some time. The market is hurting at the moment, for real.
He's a true business man. If your already rich the next pointer is to get even more richer, I'd be thinking the same way He clearly understand's that.

Sort of like the Palms in Vegas, now that be something.

I have a feeling the condos would have to be more below all the mayhem and have the hotel on top of the condos and so on with the club.

I agree. Like people have said before, he's a great business man and I think he's preparing for when Guv is no more.
