anyone going to this? Heard turnouts havent been good at the music box, sucks because in the end competition is a GREAT thing.

who's opening and what are set times. He's playing close to home thursday, so looking to check that. His set at Wet Republic in June was good, I think LBL's opening set helped motivate him to bring it.

I am definitely going. Turnouts definitely depend on who's playing. Sander Kleinenberg was good, and they had all sections open; Infected Mushroom was packed. Benassi has proven to draw a huge crowd; he sold out Vanguard a couple of years ago; valet wouldn't even park your car if you didn't have presales.

I'd like to know as well.

Why do one when you can do both?

Of course it would help to know the set times

we would if the music box, insomniac, or henry v provided them to us here...

so how about those set times, as well as the lineup?

im giving it a shot:

opener #1 10-1130pm
opener #2 1130-1am
Benny 1am-2am
closer 2am-4am.

$40 well spent

This was terribly organized. GA and will call lines getting mixed and running around the block. And their excuse was they sold 1200 tickets online. I opted not to even get in line and went to Avalon instead.

ya this was a disaster. arrived 1030 and it was a zoo. luckily our friends had been in line since 10pm.

insomniac = distaster
music box = disaster....

i actually wished i was at avalon...yikes

highlights of night

seeing some dude nearly die coming down the stairs from the roof
seeing some dude nearly die falling from the stage as we were 2 feet behind him.
running into mikey.

ohn ya set times
opener 1 :10-1:05am
Benny 1:05- 2:55
two closers 2:55-4:25(when we left)

if this becomes a weekly, it will fail unless there are some major changes.

Nice seeing you too Omar! That line was pretty crazy (1 1/2 blocks down) Luckily I knew a couple people running the door.

I enjoyed the night. Mostly enjoyed an area of the balcony. They need to figure out a way to make that place cooler. Felt like a sauna.

I kinda felt an Avalon type vibe with less washers. But there was a bunch of people giving each other light shows.
