Comment on this tracklist promo CD

I've put together a CD. Tracklisting is as follwoing
Jon Vesta - Gull
C Sharp - Quest
Cloud 69 - sixty nine ways
Kamaya Painters - Endless Wave (reversed twister mix)
Vincent DeMoor - Shamu
Sean Dexter - Synthetica (McAlistair mix)
Tranquility Base - Razor Fish (A &B progressive mix)
Yahel - Voyage
Nevada - Touched by the hand
M.I.K.E - Sunrise at Palamos
Tiesto - Urban train
Altutude - Altitude (SHOKK mix)
Gouryella - Tenshi

Have to get this distributed around soon so comment will be appreciated.

ALL these tracks are brilliant........i like the tracklist ALOT...

Very nice selection, but arent these tracks a little too old to be a "promo" CD? Maybe you should consider choosing similar 2002 tracks.

I thought of that too... but it just wouldn't be very natural for me to mix only the newer stuffs... i've actually came up with another CD like a couple of hours before i came up with this one .. the difference is that one i planned out all the tracklist and how mixing would be for weeks but then it lacked of 'energy' in it so i just came up with this spontaneously...

nice tracklist, didnt think anyone still had the remix of sean dexter around, but ya, i love it, good stuff

yes very nice selection of tunes. Looks like it will flow nicely together as well. Can i make a suggestion? use Transa Remix of Tenshi instead of Original thats just my personal preference tho nice list

The Sean Dexter vinyl with mixes on it is available from Chemicalrecords... and I'm quite certain that it's also offered as 3 for 10 quids at musicvillage.com so drop by and take the opportunity while you still can.

As to the Tenshi track I wanted to use something that'd be hard enough to carry the energy flowing from previous track.. i thought original was harder but i'll see if transa would be better .. thanks for the suggestion though!

Anyway, i'm, gonna go and finish this mix vinyl once and for all in times of the party tonight.

I'll also try and post this up on a webpage somewhere hopefully with my brother's help so you could also make comment on the mixing.

This looks brilliant! Great Selection. Great to see GULL on there. This track deserves more creadit than what it got and gets!
And Id use the A & B Bangin mix of Razorfish. Personal Preference. No Need to worry. But Excellent tracks!

Great choice with starting it all off with Gull. I actually recorded a mix that started off with Gull a while back.
