Trance Electro Track ID Please! I'm Begging You!

I finally was able to dig up a short clip of the song. It is not much, but hopefully enough. I have wanted to know this song since 2003. The most distinct part of the song is after what is heard, but this is the best I could find. After this clip, is a higher pitched synth beat. Please help me out with this song!
