Cleaning your bathroom
Yeah, it sucks, but that's not what this thread is about. Focus. What this thread is about concerns the fact that, no matter how minute the amount of the chemicals I use, I always get lightheaded and feel like shit for a couple of hours.
Besides hiring a Mexican to clean my bathroom, who has the remedy for my troubles? Apparently I need to look into buying cleaning chemicals that don't shorten my life expectancy by ten years.
No offense to any Mexican. I love you.
What chemicals are you using?
My bathroom is something out of Pulp Fiction.
my recommendation would be don't combine ammonia and bleach in your cleaning efforts.
i had to mop the floor of my place for the first time a few months ago so i thought to myself "dump as much cleaning shit in this bucket and it'll be like magic" first off bleach went in the water...then i started pouring something else and then remembered that whole thing with ammonia, checked the bottle i was pouring and sure enough ammonia was the active ingredient. lol

your mexican is a cunt.
Yeah, but she makes a mean carne enchilada, so I keep her around.
Back when I started Uni, I had a part time job in the summer with a friend doing the final clean on construction sites (new houses, renovations, etc). We used to use this shit on floor tiles that was basically hydrochloric acid mixed with soap. Now THAT shit is toxic to breathe in, lemme tell you. It would instantly make you gag and start coughing.
So we wore mask things
Helped a lot.
ajax is with bleach and fantastik is with ammonia i believe. (a quick google search revealed that not all fantastik products contain ammonia tho so it depends on which you use)
if you're using the 2 together or to clean the same surface that could be the issue?

What a bunch of peruvian bullshit .
This thread is now about how vegans don't ever shit or shower, so they never have to clean their bathroom.

Yeah they do - they have very fibrous shits
I shit on my yard so I can have mushrooms for dinner .
For major cleans I use comet for the tub and sink/counter top, CLR spray for the shower doors, and Mr. Clean for the floor. I regularly use Lysol toilet bowl cleaner, vinegar Windex for the mirror, Lysol wipes for the sink/counter top and toilet seat, Swiffer wet for the floor, and Tilex "spray and walk away" for the shower + doors.
I've never had a problem with light headedness or chemical fumes.

Yeah it looks good on paper, but you wouldn't really like living with a clean freak. We're insane.
The alternative is living with slobs though
True. *high fives self*
