Your favourite top40 clubs & bars in Toronto?

Where are your favourite places to get drunk and have a sleazy good time in Toronto?

When I want easier chicks and don't care about he music...

Rockwood, drake hotel, century room are all good

Wouldn't be caught dead...

I think it's fun to break up the real club nights with an occasional stupid fun night at a cheesy club. Really have to be with the right people to act as a buffer zone though.

last time i was there i lasted aproximately 7 minutes before i had to leave.

I can't even think of a single top 40 club I've been to in the last 7-8 years. lol Oh wait....

One night, some friends were up from London (ON.), and we went to Cheval. I HATED IT. Worst layout ever. It's like partying in a rammed narrow hallway!

I also got dragged to Devil's Martini. Hated it too. lol Cool club inside, sleazy crowd.

Brant House - haven't been in years. It was alright. I liked that it for ages 25+. A friend got drugged there before though.

I used to go to those types of clubs when I first moved to T.O., back in 2000. Joker, Tonic, Plastique, Crocodile Rock, Money, C Lounge, among others.

I used to go to Big Buck's in Burlington all the time....that place was REALLY fun back then.

I can handle going to Rock clubs here and there. I used to LOVE Velvet Underground, the Madison, and sometimes Republik.

THEN, I was introduced to System Soundbar and Guv, and I never looked back

Andy Poolhall is fun! and College Street Bar

Brant house - older crowd is a plus but the guys are no less sleazy -there is a reason why it's called the meat market lol

6 Degrees (Yonge/Eg)

Club V in Yorkville

The Fifth Club - probably one of the best top40 places I've been to recently, thanks to friend's birthday

So, I take it The Fifth Club, was formerly Easy On The Fifth? That place actually is pretty decent, I forgot about that one!

most top 40 clubs, i last about an hour, unless i'm a drunkasaurus rex for the night (then either i last 2 mins, or 5 hrs)

i did go to a top40 club called Sin City at Surfer's Paradise in Australia which I had a decent time. then the male strippers came out and I got out of dodge real fast

though i do agree with sentiment that top40 club is amusing, to break up routine of going to EDM clubs once in a while. most other time, the music feels like putting my balls through a blender. and the douchecanoes trying to mack up wankbag vapid hoebags get pretty annoying fast

Does anyone else find that Top 40/Hip Hop clubs usually have the worst bouncers on the planet? They are always the BIGGEST DOUCHEBAGS.

The Dj was pretty good actually - he threw down some oldskool hiphop AND they had the 3.50 drinks on friday night
needless to say it got MESSY!

I was at The fifth on saturday and the DJ actually played SANDSTORM!!!

that place is good for a change of pace, though I find it ridiculous to get in if you don't go before 11.
