Music Licensing Fees

Does anyone know what levels of licensing fees electronic artists get paid for e-commerce websites to play their tracks?

I'm sure it varies depending on the notoriety of the artist, but what's a range? Say from an active, popular artist like Sasha, to a less known and less active artist like Raff & Freddy?
