Not really a fan of the big woodblock kick, but the whole track sounds good, Arrangement, mixdown could use some work!

I remember being addicted to the original release of this track. I like what you've done with it, though. It's neat to hear such a euphoric track take on a tech side. Nice work.

I don't really see the purpose of this, it doesn't really bring anything new to the track. While it's technically okay it's just completely anti-climatic and predictable.

fellas, relax.

first of all, Sheen, do not post links to your work (especially mentioning/implying/demanding that they check it out) after every post you make in this subforum. it makes you look like a spammer. people can see your thread and will check it out/post comments if they feel like it. it's one thing to mention it briefly, it's another to do it after EVERY critique-post you make.

Eddie- this isn't the c0r, give the guy a break. he didn't understand the unspoken rules of etiquette here that most of you regulars have a mutual respect and understanding of.

no more flaming from either of you or i'll lock the thread.

Yep, that's alright and fine with me Omega, accept my appology
And Eddie - next time do it in a nice and peaceful way, cause Your behaviour is unprofessional and unacceptable. You know You could tell me that in a normal way not acting like this even sending me a private message not to make a mess of my topic!
PEACE OUT

Point made and taken. I deleted my posts, so as not to mar the man's thread, any further.

Wait! You mean if I flame him, again, you'll lock his thread? Oh, you tempt me, sir. You so sorely tempt me.

My only qualm with this remix... (let the light shine in being one of my all time top favorite trance tracks of all time)

...is that the running arps that made the track awesome are... missing.

I can understand leaving out the lyrics but leaving those out is a total travesty imo. The build at 3:00 was also very weak, I think you could have drawn it out a few more bars or added a drop, for more solidity.

However, artistic choice and all that. Was a clean solid remix that only sounded slightly reminiscent of the original, good job .

If I can suggest something -is that would be cool if you can open SoundCloud page so I/we can comment on it + you can have much more exposure my friend.

Cheers

Hey dude,

Nice remix. This works for me. It's a bit darker than the orginal but that works too.

Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed this a lot.

Cheers

Liked the original mix of the track and your remix was enjoyable. I liked how it was kept short and it has a rougher feel to it which I liked. Thanks for sharing.
