I have a terrible confession...

True story. My friends dragged me to country western bar last night and I actually enjoyed my self! Please help me! I must be going insane.

The bar had big dance floor surrounded by a second floor balcony which you could watch everyone dance. Dam the place was filled with hot chix in skin tight hip hugger jeans. There wasn't enough guys so a bunch of the chix were dancing together, wow I was like in heaven. The only thing better would be if I knew how to dance, then i could join the fun and enjoy some southern hospitality! But if I did that, I would become the most dreaded thing I can think of, a red neck. Uhggg! What should I do Dear Abby?

it's ok to have fun listening to other types of music. i wouldn't get worried until you start doing that every week.

don't worry, mate. it's probably all the hot and sweaty chicks that charmed you, not the country stuff.

but are you sure that your friends DRAGGED you there, or did you AGREE at your own will, NOT at gunpoint or similarly threatened with your life, to go there?

You should have pounded a few beers back, then jumped in and asked the ladies to teach you some moves. Strike up a conversation and maybe you coulda gotten lucky.

Actually, I gained some respect for country dancing. Its not like dancing at a club, everyone needs a partner and everyone moves as a group, so if you dont know the steps you'll crash into people around you. The DJ plays a song and calls out a style of dance. So its not as easy as grabbing a girl and joining in. You really need to take dancing lessons or know someone who has if you want to participate. Some of the foot work is pretty fancy and was fun to watch.

If I were you, I'd just remember that Ic an have fun with girls that are just as hot at a club where they play the best stuff of all...TRANCE!!! keep that in mind.... otherwise...if you turn into some redneck who thinks trance < country please leave TA and for CA... not that any1 would care or join.

Theres no shame being at a country western bar if youre surrounded by hot girls.

I had the same occurance a few nights ago , i went meeting a few girls in a night club, i drove down because thats prob the best way to escape if you need to , anyway i was sober as a judge and everyone else had a lot to drink , these 3 girls started to dance dirty with me , i just coudn't do it i tried tho , alcahol plays a big role in loosing the fear of being laughed @?> laterz

I really like dancing, I'm most comfortable with dancing to trance, but I like to try out other things. Last week this girl got me to tryout salsa at a place that was giving free lessons. It was fun but most of the people there were advanced. Salsa is like the opposite of trance, you and your parnter dance body to body, instead of as an individual. The guy needs to know whats going on because he has got to lead. Salsa is pretty sexy too...

Opps look like I fell off the Country Wagon in to the Salsa Dip...

salsa is good music...
especially when it's mixed in with other genres
