Complex is the key word here, since these guys aren't playing in the same rooms...

DANNY HOWELLS www.dannyhowells.com we got him like a month ago...bleh
LUKE FAIR (Bedrock, Yoshitoshi Records) sorry never heard of him
BAD BOY BILL www.badboybill.com
INFECTED MUSHROOM (Live P.A., Israel) they were here not too long ago, how many times you wanna see the same live act?

I should've mentionned that Advanced 01 has nothing to do with Trance... sorry. If you don't know who are Christian Smith and Stacey Pullen then how about you STFU, having them on the same night will be fucking awesome.

End of story: did i come to your the GTA forum and started blasting the lineup at the guv? NO! but since you came here and just did that, I took the time to write this and blast your event. Now don't say I started it or something... bizaatch

Who is up for a vote for banning Durafei from Montreal forum? maybe the whole Canadian forums...

Posted by DARK MAN X on Jul-27-2002 14:31:

well put dude,
fuck toronto
you get my vote

Posted by Durafei on Jul-27-2002 14:37:

I'm playing Delstar, who often comes to TO forum and bashesh us

Also, take it easy man !
Btw, as far as Mark Oliver goes, he's MUCH MUCH better than any of the locals you guys have in Montreal.. Locals in montreal can be summed up in one word "IZNOGOOD"

As far as Aria's event not being trance, CREAM is also not trance - Yet everyone is bashing it - LOL

Posted by malek on Jul-27-2002 14:44:

all you have is mark oliver... woopdidoo

Misstress Barbara
Tiga (check European charts)
Yaz
Maus
Mateo Murphy
Lafleche
...

just from the top of my head or what's left of it... Rank 1 and Michel de Hey just destoryed it...

oh wait! weren't they supposed to pass by to Toronto? NOOOOO hahaahah yes you suck.

I'm pretty sure Yaz alone could destroy Oliver...

Posted by malek on Jul-27-2002 14:47:

We bash Cream cause you don't understand something, Cream is supposed to be one of the biggest party in Montreal, even Toronto people know that. 514 isn't up to it anymore, or at least not for the moment. Still, I'm pretty sure there will be at least 3000++ people there, so its not THAT bad.

Posted by malek on Jul-27-2002 14:51:

I had to add that...

Tiga's tour schedule

July
11-Belgium Dour
14-Dublin & Berlin (Love Parade)
18-Amsterdam
20-Frankfurt (Spectrum)
21-Mallorca

August

16-Popkomm. K-7, Cologne
17-Turbo @ Popkomm
22-Pickle-popp, Belgium
23-Belgrade
24-LiverpoolCreamfields
25-LowlandsHolland

Mateo Murphy's scheule http://www.mateomurphy.com/~news/index.htm

Where did Mark Oliver go lately? bahahahahahahah Hamilton? bhahah or wait, Niagara falls, maybe Windsor....

Posted by discojoe on Jul-27-2002 15:30:

I just wanted to point out for marc oliver's sake that it is a well known fact that he has been invited to spin outside of toronto but he has declined to stay close to his family.
I think these city bashing threads are hilarious. Keep it up!

Posted by delstar on Jul-27-2002 16:19:

durafei,

i think your party does have a great lineup for a great cost..but i dont think i ever defended cream on this board since its a disgrace

second of all i bash t.o because of people like u...

i dont like toronto...i dont like you....you are nothing

RANK 1

Posted by DJ Charlie on Jul-27-2002 16:55:

that makes great publicity for Advanced 01... don'T u think ?

Posted by Durafei on Jul-27-2002 17:54:

LOL. You are funny man. Let's think logically here.

According to your own words, you bash Toronto because of people like me who bash Montreal.

Now, I have a question - Do you only dislike people from Toronto who bash Montreal? Or do you dislike EVERYONE who bashes Montreal?

Now let's consider all possible answers to these question:

Case 1. You dislike everyone who bashes Montreal. Well, according to your own logic, you should bash city they are from. Thus if someone from Montreal, bashes Montreal, you should bash Montreal. [So in case 1, it turns out that you are an idiot, for otherwise you wouldn't bash your own city if you actually like it].

Case 2. You only dislike people from Toronto who bash Montreal.
Now, only minority of people from Toronto bash Montreal on these forums. I'd say about 0.0001% of Toronto population. But nevertheless, it is a reason good enough for you to bash Toronto. In this case you are an idiot as well, since every city contains
some assholes(well, assholes in your opinion) - and this in itself is not good enough reason to bash a city. Yet you do. Thus your are in idiot in case 2.

Since all cases are considered, and in both cases it turns out that you are in idiot, we conclude that you are an idiot.

This argument was meant to show, that you are talking nonsense.
For example ahlamalek doesn't wanna see Lafleche at cream, yet he sais he is a great DJ. Now, I wanna bet, that if TIGA was playing at cream, it wouldn't be any different.

I heard TIGA at Oasis when Tiesto/Oakenfold were there. Im my books Tiga completely ruined the party that day. He came on after Tiesto and everyone fell asleep. Literally.

:)

Yes Durafei make good ADVANCED promo!
But ADVANCED 01 line-up is more for techno heads and for real connaisseurs!

Yes, Deep Dish, Danny Howells are well ranked but this line-up is far to be underground like Aria line-up!
At Guv, it's only about prog-house, Trance and spychedelic! Aria is a smaller club than Guvernment and it's way more underground also. Also people need to know at Guv there is no techno or house music on friday night like at Aria but it's R&B and hip-hop in the main room, so all the people are going out on saturday (easy to get a lot of people because it's 1 night per week only). Also when there is a big week-end like this, Aria has 3 night of techno, house and trance compare to Guv with only 2.
Now, do you want to compare the week-end at Aria and the week-end at Guv??? Aria will destroy Guv line-up in my opinion!

Here is all the artists for the week-end at Aria!
Armin Van Buuren (Holland)
Kid Capri (NY)
Hipp-e (San Francico)
Halo (San Francico)
Baby Blue Sound crew (Toronto)
Stacey Pullen (Detroit)
Christian Smith (Sweden)
Terry Francis (UK)
Kenny Glasgow (Toronto)
Cashmoney (NY)

Oh and Durafei, what you dont know is Sunday at Guv is Benson&Hedges night so it's all about sponsors!!

Christian Smith (Tronic treatment and big techno producer)

Stacey Pullen? do not need any introduction, techno master from Detroit back in the days with his partners Derrick May , Kevin Saunderson, Carl Craig and Juan Atkins!

Terry Francis??? Tech-House master, in my opinion is the best DJ and for sure the best tech-house DJ. Also is packing Fabric every saturday in London!

I prefer Aria line-up than Guv for sure! You need to know also at Guv, the place close at 6h00 and Aria will close at 11h00 or 12h00.
We can't compare both paces, one is alcohol club and the other is afterhours!

all i said is that i dont like you...and if im an idiot...u can say to my face the next time we have a party

Posted by ZinG on Jul-27-2002 21:15:

hahah Durafei, go play next to your house.

Posted by Durafei on Jul-27-2002 21:25:

Allright I have nothing against Montreal myself. In fact, the best party of my life was Oasis with Tiesto and Oakey(well, not counting Tiga who put me to sleep). Will never forget that.

Posted by fastmp3 on Jul-27-2002 22:22:

to sum the things up :

MONTREAL 0wnz j00

and

ARIA 0wnz j00 4$$

Sylphin, I'm 120% positive that Tiga came on after Tiesto.
Max Graham was schedule to play after Tiesto, but they changed the schedule. Max Graham was playing from 12-2 before oakenfold came on.
I remember it as if it was today
