has anyone checked this band out? they just put out their debut album and I gotta say they have massive potential considering this is their first offering. love the way they mesh the old synthpop sound with more modern stylings;

Dramatic synths on steroids are not a substitute for quality music. I've seen people hailing this band like they're gonna save the mainstream music of today, but I can't see it unfortunately. Long gone are days when Depeche Mode, Erasure, New Order and Pet Shop Boys made waves with synth music.

Used to listen a lot to PSB, A-Ha, Tears for fears.
Indeed a modern version of synthpop. Sounds really good IMO.
