Crap series imo.

I felt the same way but I like the new direction.

Mainstream garbage (though I have only seen 2 episodes. But not impressed).

... Watched the first 25 minutes of the show tonight. I'll catch the last 35 minutes sometime tonight or tomorrow.

So far, I like the "new" direction the show is heading. It was well anticipated since early-middle 2nd season.

For those who have seen the past episodes, I think you need to watch more episodes to give a full taste of what the show is.

1st season was pretty good.

2nd season started off great, then got real annoying with the fillers, and ended off solid.

I'm going to give this show a chance.

It has some mainstream sensibilities but the mythology is actually rivaling that of X-files and the subject matter is kind of heady. I like it. As good as Rubicon? No, but it's still on series record for the DVR.

I never really rated X-files that highly, because it, like fringe, suffers from too many monster of the week episodes. I cant stand scifi/fantasy in that format.

I might download more episodes when im desperate.

well anyway *I* love it.

i think my fav part about tonight's episode were the tiny differences in the alternate universe.

eg: Manhatan (with one t), different subway lines at the Union Sq station, "DOGS" instead of "CATS" being advertised on the taxis, etc.

The Dogs thing was good...didn't notice the Manhatan thing though, nice. I like how the Statue of Liberty is still copper, or gold, as are most of the buildings. I guess they found a way to prevent oxidization or something The zeppelins flying round is always a neat touch too.
