last night was epic. the writers for this show, in my opinion, are great in teasing the viewer but at the same time explaining things when they should be explained, instead of just dragging it on and on

so, as the season goes by, post in this thread!

i srsly think this show is only getting better as it keeps going. and that almost never happens with other shows

seriously!

this season is going to be so epic. i seriously have no idea what is going to happen. the fact he also killed the guy in the bathroom, and it wasn't a clean kill at all, who knows if he cleaned up the scene. plus quinn getting more interest in him ect. i hope he's the next doakes and gets slayed

he is much more deserving of it than doakes was. then again, dex didn't murder doakes, but somehow things went dex's way

what i really want him to kill is his fucking sister so fucking annoying

this season will be just epic.

Dex has to deal with so much, loss of spouse, Kids, new born baby, FBI, quinn all over his ass, the dark passenger....

unless they skipped the bit of him actually cleaning up because the cashier guy wasn't there and it won't be a problem but i don't expect them to skip over something that obvious

Quinn is the next "Doakes" and will have to be put down

Long-time viewer of Dexter but also recently started watching Six Feet Under. I loved the homage they did to Six Feet Under during the funeral scene.. and then Dexter trying to comfort Astor by saying, "Sorry for your loss."

It looks like it's gonna be another great season.

i came in neutral, having loved the past seasons but WOW.

yea him wearing the mickey mouse ears while sitting down to tell them what happened

i also liked the role reversal where this time, debra is the one cleaning up the blood/evidence.

To be honest, I thought the last season ended kinda badly, and I thought it should have been ended there instead. This is mostly because of the loss of a character so close to Dexter.

Despite of this they have managed to keep this fresh, with new and original ideas and the introduction of many new characters/adversaries that manages to carry a whole new level of depth and strong emotions to the screen.

I wont reveal much, seeing that i practically sold my soul to the Devil to be able to watch this. But expect awesome action scenes, brilliant plans and schematics, acting that will bring the tears out of your eyes, new and macabre inventions and of course the hilarious bickering and witty banter that goes on between Dexter and Dee Dee.

Loved every season so far and I'm sure I'm going to love this season as much as the previous ones! Fantastic season start to begin with.

Well. The seasons over. For me, it was my first one. I know I'm missing a ton of backstory but even so it was pretty great. I'm definitely gonna go back and watch from the begining.

I think the best episode was a few back where Chase discovers the missing blood.

What did you gs think of the season and the ending?

excited for season 6. some people are bitching about it, but they left it open well for the next season. also, fuck lumen, that selfish bitch

I hated the ending! It doesn't make me want to watch the next season (but I will lol you know what I mean). Like last season I was like OOOOHHHH SHIIIIIIT and couldn't wait until the next season.

Season finale was just blah. Spoiler: Now, If Deb would have caught Dex and Lumen after they killed Price and then the season ended, THAT would be an ending!

you know i kind of have to agree. one thing i dislike about the show is how dexter hasn't ever told deb about his past, nor has he made any attempt to try to make her understand anything and how their father played a role. it just keeps going and going and going. i also would have liked him to get caught, and then you'd be shitting your pants waiting to see what happens next season, it would have been a really awesome 180 for dexter
