Samples Mockmoon, but isn't

Hey guys,

I need some help ID'ing this song. I've been in love with this song for several years now, and I have no idea what it is. I know it's an older one. It's at least before 2005, but probably even older.

The lyrics are sampled from "Mock Moon" by Genlog. Right before my clip, it goes through the whole, "living on my planet is so easy - there is peace, there is love, and there is ecstasy". The piece I posted is right when it builds up again, and comes back in with the main melody.

For a long time I assumed it *was* Mockmoon until I actually heard that one.

I'm sure one of you will know this right away!

Here are two more samples that should work.

The first one contains the sample of Genlog's "Mock Moon". The second one has the main melody and the beat.

I'm guessing, based on the mix disc it was on, that the song was probably pretty popular at some point. The other songs on the mix CD were from the late 90s or early 2000's.
