Can you recommend me anything from Armada that doesn't Suck?
So I happen to have a Beatport coupon for 25% off anything by Armada. And as much as I love a good deal, I still hate Armada. So does anyone know of any diamonds in the rough that are worth listening to?
no just throw yourself into the pot of doom bitch

I presume this counts for all of Armada's sublabels? If so, there's loads of stuff worth checking in my book.

Just checked, and it only applies to Armada proper.
Well, Armada on Beatport is just a bucketload of compilations of stuff from its various sublabels, so you could try to find some of the tracks I mentioned on those. Also, they have some neat collections of early Signum- and D-Factor-stuff that's worth checking.
A lot of the stuff that is signed to any one of Armada's sub labels appear on mix compilations that are, themselves, signed to Armada, so you can pick up those tracks that way.
For example, "Benz & MD- Turning the Curve" is released on Electronic Elements, but it appears on Markus Schulz's Ibiza '06, which is released on Armada.
OK, well I've only got enough cash for an album under $15 (crappy allowance), so is there anything so mind-blowingly awesome I just need it?
This is not a deal. You are spending money for the sake of it on tracks you don't care about.

The point of such sales is to raise an artificial interest - a track you wouldn't normally bother with is suddenly sold to you under the pretext of a bargain.
What I'm saying is that unless you find something mind-blowing (unlikely) don't buy anything. Spend the $15 on music you really want.

just buy a groove armada cd and pretend you never heard of this label.

Plenty of good oldies rereleased on Armada, most people just shit on Armada without even looking what they've put out just because the recent stuff is rubbish.

Can you do sublabels? Because Electronic Elements has some good music on it. Specifically Streetwise by Envotion.

Here's a couple of others I used to enjoy. Pretty obvious but eh. You should also find these on Beatport.

All of those are (A State of Trance) Armada, which apparently doesn't count. Thanks anyways though.
