25:17 is a chapter in the Bible called 'Ezekial'. That's where the partial ID comes from I think.

I heard this sample somewhere before. I think it was Samuel L Jackson in the movie Pulp Fiction.
The Sample Is Also Used In The Intro of Mauro Picotto At Sensation Black.
