Um....
1. Create with Bryce/Photoshop/MS Paint?! *lol*
2. Save to my webspace (In my case, my webspace provided by my ISP).
3. Go to your TrancEaddict profile and use the [ img] [ /img] tags to point to your picture on your webspace.
