Pearson (Stripped Recordings / Electric Sheep) makes a debut on Roomba with two cuts of low-down tech grooves. The Music Came First leads off the package with simmering tribal beats and a subtle pulsing bassline creating a hypnotic vibe; enhanced by the looped vocal. Jimmi Knows Best follows a similar percussive path, albeit pitched to a slower, more chugging pace that suits the deeper, slightly wigged out feel of the accompanying noises and effects.
