Boy George?? LOL
dash berlin hahahaha WTF?
thats the same list that was posted over the weekend ....
This is the alleged "leaked" list.
The winner will be officially announced tonight on Wednesday 27 October 2010 at the Top 100 DJs Party at the Ministry of Sound, London
However most confirm that this list is legit, and have verified it using the DJ Mag site.

i wish they took the Swedish House Mafia votes and divided them by three and gave to each of the guys OR instead of being individuals I wish they went full force SHM and maybe then they would be in #1.

...sad but true story

some of the kids don't even know who they are, let alone will vote for them. at EDC I was in line eavesdropping on some kids gushing over afrojack, another dude was doing the same then out of nowhere he asked them how they felt about sasha and their response was "oh i think i've heard of her" the dude, his group and i were like ...sad but true story |

| Originally posted by Groundhog Boy They're all on there separately. People voted like this: 1) Axwell 2) Steve Angello 3) Sebastian Ingrosso 4) Swedish House Mafia 5) Eric Prydz This...would have probably instigated a fight over how condescending I'd have been in response to that comment. The combination of the two would have been too much. |

| Originally posted by DJ Eco Yeah, really interesting, I think that's the direction this biz has taken where all it takes is that one hit and people are touring the world. 2010 has been the year for that, it seems... To give Dash Berlin his credit though, I was lucky to play alongside him in Central America; he's a very very nice guy and the atmosphere was what I expected it would be for an Armin or Tiesto, he was regarded as a god down there! |
the thing is-- i think dashberlin is about as popular as hashtagtrancefamily, and with most of the same people so I wouldn't be surprised if most of the votes for Dash Berlin came with him in the #2 spot, right behind Armin.
Armin named LIMA the best new club he visited this year!!!
Guetta said screw new clubs, I love the places that have supported me the longest. Club Glow!!!
Uuuuggghhhhhhh nana nanaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
And that is the real list, its the one on djmag.com
i cannot believe menno is not in it?? and as far as popularity contest goes... I had a friend tonight ask me why he should care about this list, its only commercial guys anyway. I'm thinking... commercial where? not in the US (yet, besides Guetta and SHM and maybe Afrojack slowly but surely)... but he meant cheesey. then i showed him how richie, ali, joris, etc made it also.
soooo sure its a popularity contest, but a lot of good DJs are popular too. and besides, like i said before, being a good dj is about a lot of things besides how hard you can freak a mixer and use fx knobs... if that was the case shouldnt the winner of the DMC contest be the same as the winner of the dj mag contest
Dude... Dash Berlin up soooooooooooooo high is 100% definitely sketchy.

Yes, it's all so very shocking that we have another predictable cookie cutter list that almost no one agrees with in one way or another. Yet somehow people continue to say that they don't care about the list, don't vote, etc. but somehow the threads on the topic never cease to end. If you don't agree with something, one of the best things you could do is not support it. Whether you badmouth or praise it's still a form of publicity.

| Originally posted by Burak14 and its pretty amusing that they didn't even announce tiestos 3rd spot and went straight from david guetta to deadmau5. love him or hate it but its just fucked up and pretty childish.. also, like most of you said, i dont understand how guys like arty make it to this poll.. yes, the kid is very talended but all his stuff is average besides the few things he did. another ex is dada life.. these guys are the king of cheese house and look where they are because tiesto is supporting them. very sad. stuff like this is pushing me to start producing my own shit lol |
dada life doesn't belong in the cheese house category that is headed by guetta. i'm surprised ATB is still doing well even though he doesn't do anything!
also who are the headhunterz at #36?
