Female Vocalist on Oktane - Change The World (Chillout Mix) ??

I really would like to find the name of the female vocalist on this track, have scoured the net but to no avail.

Singer sounds Spanish, and I'm sure I've heard the voice before but can't place it. Really buggin me.,

Appreciate any help identifying her and hearing about any other stuff she has performed on.
