Apple power Mac G5 dual core

Does anyone run logic at present on one of these? If so whats your spec of machine & version of logic, and how does it handle your logic projects?

Or does anyone know of any of these running logic, how does it perform?

You can only run logic pro 8 - Logic pro 9 is intel only.

Pro 8 works great on a G5...but it's going to date very soon as apple switched to intel over three years ago.

I thought L8 was intel, thats good to hear it works well on the g5.

I dont mind being dated for now. G5's are going cheap, which I wasnt even aware of, and not having too much to spend it seems a good way to go for the money.
