Stageline - 4:28

The stoner tracks oh yeah, always close to 4:20 i find.

Been meaning to fix this piece for awhile...Fairly sure mr. butler would remember this...much emorage involved. (Sorry)

Revamped version with basically reworked everything. Kept most of the core elements and theme though.

Quasi-mastered for my own lulz. (some compression in the meds/lows and a limiter)

Comments/feedback welcome on whatever suits your fancy...Original should be up on soundcloud if you care to compare. (the old bass is amusing)

Not a bad sound to begin with, but it could definitely do with calling in reinforcements. I think it stays centre stage for a tad too long, therefore becoming dreary.

I don't know if it was on purpose, but that bass arrives quite abruptly and it kinda startles me!

The lead synth you bring in later on is very cool. I like.

All right, it's not my favourite from you, and I think more work is needed to make it memorable.

You're improving quickly these days and you'll be happy to hear that the mixing sounds perfect to me.

Thanks for the feedback Owsey. (yay on the mixing)

Yeah bassline jump in was on purpose as it felt more "hands in the air". I was thinking about adding some kind of cue-in but I kinda like it.

Also not sure what genre it is...I still feel the sub-genre thing gets nuts...Was trying to go for a more ecclectic club/italo feel. (Maybe the clubs I go to are just weird)

The lead bass seems to upstage a lot of the mix and the glass pads are kind of cool, at first, but wear out the charm, as things go. As proofs of concepts go, it's great, but, for me at least, it still needs some progression and finesse.

I have'nt a clue what this means, huh? scratches nut.

To the track - I actually liked that sudden bass and the sound of it - thats a pretty different sorta sound.

Honestly the track itself does'nt really work for my taste but that bass is great and I'd love to hear that in a track. Just one little picky thang - the open hat sounds generic as it was that classic hat sound from many a Eurodance track in the 90's so it detracts from any quality work around it - kill it off.

I like the mixing too - nice warm fizzy bass.

Thanks for the listen Rich!

Unfortunately I like the sound of the hats and think that they fit quite well. I'm not a fan of this : Just because it's old don't use it, mentality. I like their timbre and metallic quality and were chosen quite carefully, because believe me I searched through a few gigs of sounds (not just Hi-hats) to find the one's I liked best.

I'm a big fan of : If I think it fits and sounds good with the rest of the mix, I'll use it.

Bass was 2 layers of carefully eq'd custom sylenth bass + JP lead, and thanks for the compliment

As far as the emo-rage...When I first posted this, you said something about you being able to make better sounds out of a JP or something...The way it was presented came acrossed kinda rude so there was some trolling that ensued...(and some blatantly bad rhyming)

I actually did end up putting a JP lead in it though lol.

Oh well, water under the bridge .

Definately Dig this track...I know I have a lot to learn being that I'm crossing over from HipHop/Reggaeton....but this really is enjoyable...at least for me. Great work...Thumbs up!!!!
