I know Scott Bond mixed Gatecrasher Red. It's a special edition with a cut down version on the number of tracks.

FYI any commercial CD though labelled "mixed by DJ X etc" is originally mixed by them, then put through a computer, pieces are cut out of tracks, inserted, loops put in to ensure it fills the CD, and all the mixes are fine tuned.
So it's really mixed by a PC if you're being picky.
But you probably knew all this already, I'll get my coat.

scott bond mixes all the gatecrasher albums.

this are really mixed, not just beat matching i mean he takes elements of the previous track and incorporates them into the next song somehow, cant really explain buts its the smoothest transition in any mix cd, most other ones you can tell the just beatmatch and move on but not with scotty

Non of them are 'mixed' as we think they are. They are engineered on a piece of software. Scott Bond compiles them (chooses the tracks and order of tracks) and his engineer mixes the tracks digitally - i dont know if this is the case on some of the older compilations like red and black but i know for sure that the more recent ones have been done this way (bit of shame I think)

true...but most CDs are like this now...but they still have the "Mixed by DJ ***"...so should these...

I think the albums lack a couple of bpm, they seem really slow @ times which when u want some pumping tunes isn't the best thing sadly

i dont think bondy cares about being on the cd's because he owns part of gatecrasher thus rakes in mountains of cash from album sales regardless

although i too still think it should say mixed by scott bond, hes a very big name now, in the UK at least.
