Help Me Find this 1994 House Classic!

I am so surprised that I cannot remember the name of this track for the life of me. This was a real banger in NYC in 94', it was rapping over a house beat. It was a group of 2 NYC guys I think Dominican or Puerto Rican. The music video had them in a club, and it was very dark and red in the video. The club mix is about 6:30 long, and there is a nice 45 sec. instrumental throughout the song. Please help me! Thanks!
