got a buddy of mine moving down in January for an internship, internship is out near the airport, any good places to live for less than a 1000 a month?

what would the commute be like from SoBe to the airport in traffic?

Miami has traffic every where you go in the morning, but without traffic its probably like 10-15min drive (approx 10 miles from sobe), its not far from airport.

Got a condo in Sunny Isles - love it. Middle of it all. Short drive to SoBe, Hollywood, Aventura, and Ft Lauderdale Airport.
