in some movies I see some criminals changing voice
And then calling someone on phone with false identity

Is it really possible to change the color of human voice

What vst would you use for this ?

well you will need some type of transformer or clever eq and pitch its not possible to emulate somebody's voice completely hence why most people just rip the vocal from the film instead
