i was there last year, and no its not, its windy and it rains all the time, the lord of the rings made it seem so much cooler.

Probs not the best time you'll ever have.
We are lax, hard out and talk like this too.
It's epic as though in our green kind of way.
Best time to visit would be Jan/Feb up north cause the girlies are all out, but they are NZ girls.
Come live with me in Wellington if you are looking for year-round weather as mentioned above.
