my day totally sucked

ever have a day that was so bad that you wanted to forget all about. I should have stayed in bed today and slept. Just horrible...first of all i idiotically overacted with a close friend of mine and said some things i should not have and i think she is furious with me. Why did i open my mouth....then i repeated the same mistake with another person, this afternoon....i'm not sure but i think i've wrecked two friendships.........so i'ma go sleep so i can't do anymore damage.

That's the best thing there is to do. Tomorrow, go up to them and tell them that you overreactted (sp?). They should forgive you...

Words aint everything i once beat up a best friend , as we were drunk and we started our own fight club for one night, unfortunatley he came out worst, that night i felt awful and if everyone knew then they would hate my guts too, everyone has bad days , im having a bad day now coz im at work , its seems everyday is bad. life goes on , so wake up and get on with it.

see, i've "known" you for over a year now..in that year i've seen more threads in which you said you'd overreacted...and sometimes on the board you get mad aswell...now i appreciate you for being honest to everyone..but, i think you should step back and try to learn from this...maybe even get therapy to learn how to control your anger...see, it feels very good once you've overcome the nasty habit of getting angry too fast

it's all a matter of getting to know yourself and keeping control of your emotions

TTA hope everything turns out for the better, I get into fights like that all the time w/ my friends... if their your friends... they will forgive you in time.
