Punk Music suggestions!!

Hi there everyone,please don't flame me but i know you people have also different tastes of music and maybe you could help me in making a compilation of some good punk songs!
Any suggestions? (on greenday,blink182 and offspring the thing is done..mostly..anything else?)
Any help appreciated!

"the starting line" its a band on drive thru records they are pretty good.

"the ramones" this band is the band that started the punk scene way back in the day.

some older pennywise stuff.

Well the bands you mentioned arn't really punk, more pop than punk, but bands I could recomend are weezer, new found glory, Jimmy eat world, stuff like that.(Disclamier: I do not endorise this music, as I am not into pop-punk however my freinds who like the bands you suggested all like these guys).

sounds alot like papa roach/blink 182

i have no idea why im starting to like punk...must listen to more trance and mmm...

i really love AFi standing for ( a fire inside ) .. check out "fall children" and " god called in sick today" all their songs are great & plus its even better cos they havent sold out. you should check em out.

punk and trance = top music in my opinion (they are my favorite genres of music)

Those are more real punk bands, by the ones he suggested he was looking for more pop-punk bands.(Though I'd drop the punk from the name totally) If you want real punk the ones he mentioned are good as are the dead Kenedys, Rancid, Pennywise etc.

Oh and why is this in the chillout room? It pertains to music doesnt it?

Answers - Goldfinger... now that's a great song...

check out the Vandals, NOFX, Boxcar Racer they put out some pretty good stuff too...

bad religion is always a good pick. they've always got something interesting to say. get a song called, kyoto now. its owning my ears right now.

if you like ska or just stuff with cool horns in it, check out, less than jake and the mad caddies. get, mad caddies - falling down.

if you wanna try something kinda weird, check out the dropkick murphys. they've fused punk with irish folk music. very cool, =P.

nofx is always classic, and so is operation ivy. anyways, enough with my comments, here's a list of cool tracks:

dropkick murphys - the gauntlet

rancid - bob <-- cover of a nofx song
rancid - journey to the end of the east bay
nofx - the decline <-- one of the greatest tracks ever

bah.... these are just some songs i'm looking at on my punk cds... there are a lot more... can't think of any right now.

i've got a ton of punk music on the DC hub, so feel free to take some if you so wish. my name is mr. poopyhead (duhh, =P).

I have a friend that's really into punk and his fav band is Catch 22. I heard a couple of the songs...seems like the type of stuff you're looking for.

i can recommend some good death metal, metal, black metal, whatever you wanna call it. Basically all i listen to besides trance

Ewwwwww sham 69 ! omg they was so bad, jimmy percy was the lead singer if i remember right . .

The singer of the Exploited was scottish and only had half a tonuge, another jimmy i belive aka Watty !

The exploited are still around playing small venues.

I dont know about best ever, but top 5 for sure. Most of the stuff being mentioned isnt really punk though
