Audio interface

Hello

I would like to get some help choosing good audio interface, Ive spent some time selecting few of them. I would like to use it for laptop and djing but as first I want to buy it and plug to the pc just to see how it gonna work ect

Ive got already reloop mixer with turntables. I would like to play ableton by useing external mixer with eq knobs so what I do in real it will happen at the same time in ableton.

What interface would be stable and work good with external mixer??

What about connections? Mixers mostly have rca in/o so interface should have the same then??

Few of the interfaces I found:

native instruments Audio 4 DJ (the only one with rca in/o)
audio kontrol 1
focusrite saffire 6 (read its only 1.1?)
E-mu 0404 USB|2.0

am going for quality and more stable one.

Second question is about akai APC40. Is this created more for producing or djing? Do I have define all knobs or they are already define ? Is this something like replecment for mouse? I mean do djs use mouse in club when they actualluy play with laptop?

Its a midi controller, it can be used for both. It depends on the software your using. Its best to assign the midi settings yourself, it gives more of a custom feel. I only know one dj who uses a mouse that would be i think sasha because he uses an imac. A laptop has an inbuilt mouse pad. Just assign all your parameters to the controller and you wont need a mouse
