for me it was rap all the time, that stuff effects your decisions more than you think. had to get away from it.

Right before I got into trance, I was really into psychodelic and classical rock. I love Pink Floyd and Led Zepplin, and the Beatles. I was also really into eurodance, eurobeat, euro-pop, J-Pop, K-Pop, and F-Pop. And you can't forget the Happy Hardcore.

Let's see:
back in the 80's (grade school) was disco era (all the jason donovan, kylie minogue stuff)

in junior high, everyone liked guns n' roses. i was more interested in metallica and the just emerging dance music.

highschool - freshman and sophmore more into trance and rave (when the mainstream was rock)
, junior and senior years - hard into rock (when the trance scene started kicking in real hard) couldn't stand the electronic music of those days - cheesy house (not the good progressive stuff)

about three years ago i went to a party and ferry corsten was spinning. that's when i fell in love with trance again and i'm addicted ever since

I was a HUGE Prodigy fan, but when they stopped producing for a long time, it became more listening tot everything, wich i still do, but it's getting more and more just trance, because i've found almost for every mood a tune...

in my pre college years I liked Metal, then Grunge, and then Punk.
Then one day I went to an Acid House Party and ate four little white papers which blew my mind but also opened a whole new world of music to me. Anyway I started listening to Acid house and Techno c.1990-94
then I heard trance and it became my favorite music in the whole world and it still is!

By the way I also liked rotterdam hardcore and the good ol happy hardcore!
