counter-strike 1.6

reminiscing here. wasted a lot of my youth playing this, competitively and non. COD is a great replacement for this game in my opinion. these hitboxes were very sluggish and the netcode was pretty insane on weakly resourced servers. played with some high-level players but online was pretty pointless because of cheaters. this game was quite amazing back in the day. one of my favorite videos.

so i bought another account, plan on playing today ha. anyone in the US EAST region want to play im down. not really into source.

I played a few games the other day and it is indeed full of cheaters, lol. Black Ops is pretty fun though....PC version that is

I played a few seasons in the CAL-O and CAL-M divisions of 1.6. I still think it was one of the best games ever. Source blows.

Lol, I wasted many years of my life on this game as well. after many seasons of cal o, cevo open and finally cal main, I realized I had to get a life xD. It was fun while it lasted. In my opinion it WAS one of the best fps games ever, legendary infact. Now i play battlefield bad company 2. not nearly as much as cs though. RIP cs. lol

I miss the glory days of 1.5 and 1.6 I did a few seasons of O & M.. miss the 50 hr a week practices lol.

(Love the k-sharp clutch in this one, I was a awper myself lol)

I still like to play a round or two here or there but the funs long gone its just not the same

yea cs days are way done. shit it had a good long run for what it was. my friend gifted me cs:source for christmas, so i gave that a whirl. im not overly happy with the game(i heard there is pro mod that reverts it to cs 1.6 settings), COD is good replacement to the void, because i have yet played an fps that has the same pinpoint feel as 1.6.

Was thinking of getting source up and running again. I find im just better there lol
