Album: Chicane - Behind The Sun

I know it's pretty old now
but i was wondering if it's any good
i'm thinking of buying this and Way Out West - Intensify
both are quite dated albums
but the problem is, they're like $27 Canadian
so I would like to know if they're worth buying before I go out and shed $55 on 2 cds

the way out west one is definitly worth buying - chicane i like too, but the dancefloor proofed mixes of them are much better than the album - its much more chill-style...

both of those are very good albums. behind the sun is good, saltwater is one of my fav tracks and the thrillseekers chill mix is a wonderful soundscape. very good mix of tracks both albums are well worth it.

Both albums are marvelous. As a chill-out fan I'd pick up the Chicane disc first but Intensify is brilliant through and through as well.

You really can't go wrong with either of them!

I have both of these albums and they are both good. I like Way Out West the best of the two. Since you are in Canada, check out this site: www.mymusic.ca I know they have Way Out West for $18.99 and I think they have Chicane there as well. It's a good site, I've bought from them a couple of times. Hope that helps you!

im a big chicane fan and the album is worth getting, it is quite chilled but definately worth it if your into chicane! try and ceck out some of the tunes from the album you havent heard and see what you think before you buy it!

i have a lot of chicane tracks, and probably have most of the album
but the real thing is always better than the copied version
so i'll probably pick that one up first since i'm a big chillout addict

Chicane - Behind The Sun is probably one of the best albums ever. a great soundscape and perfect harmony and spheres. so it is worth buying. Get it on ebay.com and u won't spend 27$

i was actually thinking of bying these albums too. i've bought far from the madding crowds and it did not disappoint.

If you're a fan of FFTMC, then Behind the Sun should definitely be on your to buy list.

A lot of BTS is more upbeat than FFTMC, but it's still quality. Tracks like Halcyon, Autumn Tactics, and Saltwater will *always* be among my favourites...

Well, I don't think you'd get much of an argument about FFTMC being better, but a fan of the first album should also pick up the second...BTS might not be up to quite the same standards, but it's still a very high q release.
